ABOUT ME
My name is Wendy, and I’ve lived in Colorado since 2011. My children grew up in Douglas County schools and now live nearby, which is one of the reasons I’ve chosen to remain in the area long term.
I’m a long-time consultant in the aviation industry and genuinely enjoy my work. I’m an easygoing and optimistic person who values peaceful, respectful living environments with positive and stable energy. I appreciate open communication, cleanliness, and consideration for shared spaces.
I’m an early riser who enjoys quiet evenings, regular walks, meeting up with my kids or friends at a coffee shop to catch up, a seasonal drive into the mountains, and occasional trips to see out-of-state family and friends.
My Story
Since becoming an empty nester, I’ve experienced the benefits of a well-matched home share environment and hope to create something similar through Bellarenco — a calm, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained shared home for professional women.
In past home share environments, I’ve enjoyed occasional conversation with housemates in common areas while also respecting each other’s privacy and personal space. My goal is to create a friendly, low-key household where residents can enjoy both independence and comfortable shared living.
With rising housing costs, quality shared living has become an increasingly valuable option for many professionals. Bellarenco is intended to provide a supportive and well-maintained environment centered on compatibility, mutual respect, and a calm daily routine.
I’m currently connecting with prospective residents in advance of securing a Highlands Ranch home in late summer and would be happy to answer questions and share the Introductory and Household Compatibility Questionnaire with those interested.
